Dry Fruit Smoothie

  • -Dried figs 150gms
  • -Dates, pitted, 150gms
  • -Almonds 2tbsp
  • -Walnuts 3tbs
  • -Raisins 3tbs
  • -Dessicated Coconut 3tbs
  • -Milk 1cup+5cups or 1.5litre
  • -Sugar 5-6tbs

Soak all the dried fruits in one cup milk and boil it till the figs are softened and the milk has almost dried.

 

 

 

Try to break the fig with a spoon, if it gets sliced easily then its done. Take off heat and let it cool. When it comes to room temperature put it in the freezer so it cools down.

Whiz the boiled dry fruits and the remaining milk together along with sugar. Its done. Serve cold.

Yields 6 glasses
