Pan-fried Peri Peri Chicken

  • chicken fillets 4 flattened
  • salt 1/2 tbs
  • peri peri sauce 1/3 cup
  • soya sauce 1/8 cup
  • worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup
  • red chili flakes 1 tbs
  • oregano 1 tbs


Marinate the chicken with the spices for atleast 2 hours.
Heat a pan, grease it with oil and lay the fillets on, cook on each side on medium high flame till fillets are tender and colored, approx. 4 minutes on each side.

Serve with a cheesy pasta bake or top with some delicious cheese sauce!
