NAANchos

  • Cooked naan 1
  • olive oil 3 tbs
  • paprika 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • oregano 1/2 tsp

Mix the spices with the oil and brush on the naan. Cut it into 8  quarters and bake in the oven till crispy. Using a stove oven it took about 8-10 minutes on medium flame. Keep a close eye so you don’t burn the delicious chips!

Salsa:

  • capsicum
  • sweet corn
  • spring onions
  • tomatoes

Take 2 tbs of each and mix together, season with salt pepper and a dash of lemon.

Toppings:

  • meat sauce 1/2 cup
  • sausages 1 sliced
  • salsa
  • chili garlic sauce
  • jalapenos
  • cheddar cheese 1/4 cup shredded
  • olives

Top the baked chips with the toppings and bake till cheese melts. Top with sour cream and serve!
