Mint Tamarind Chutney

  • Mint leaves 1 cup
  • tamarind paste 1 cup
  • brown sugar 4 tbs
  • salt to taste
  • kashmiri red chili (boiled or soaked in water overnight)
  • coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • chaat masala 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • water 1/4 cup

Wash the mint and coriander thoroughly and put in a food processor or blender, followed by the rest of the ingredients and blend till smooth. Adjust spices and sweetness according to liking. Serve with potato cutlets, aalu parathas or any other snack of your liking!
