Coriander leaves chopped, 1/2cup
Mint leaves chopped, 2tbs
Onions 2 small, chopped
Raw mangoes/Kairi chipped 1/2cuop
Spring onions 2 chopped
Green chilies chopped, 4tbs
Salt and red chili flakes to taste
Using a mortar and pestle to smash the green chilies first, adding in the onions and spring oinions, then kairi, and coriander and mint in the end. Add salt and red chili flakes according to taste and serve.
