French Dressing

 

Garlic cloves 5-6
Onion 1 small, (sliced and submerged in cold water for half hour to kill the strong bitterness)
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Mayo      1/2cup
Vinegar.  3tbs
Hot sauce (optional) 2 tbs
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4th tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbs
Mustard powder 1tsp

Put all in a food processor and whiz until smooth! Stays fresh in an air tight container in the fridge for a week.
