Carrot 1, cut into tiny cubes
Green garlic 3tbs (I usually buy a lot and chop it up and freeze it in tiny plastic bags according to use)
Garlic paste 1tbs
Chicken cube 1
Salt to tatse
Black pepper 2tsp
Rice 1.5 glass/375gm
Soak rice in water for at least 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cur the veggies.
Then add a tbs of oil in a pan and add the garlic and saute till fragrant, then add the carrots and the corn. Then crack the egg in the middle and add half a teaspoon of oil to it so the egg cooks. Scramble the egg and mix it up, add the chicken cube and then the spices.
Drain water from the rice and add to the pan and let cook on high flame till they’re slightly translucent. Then add in 3glasses of water and let it boil. As soon as done put the pan covered on medium low flame and cook gently till it is done and rice is tender and soft! Then top with chopped spring onions and keep covered till ready to serve.
Serve it with Chicken with Cashew Nuts or any other dish!
