Mushroom Sauce

 

Garlic cloves 4-5 chopped
Mushrooms half a tin chopped
Cream 400ml
Butter 2tbspoons
Salt and black pepper
White pepper
Saute garlic in butter and half a teaspoon of of oil till fragrant then add in mushrooms and saute. Then turn heat to low and stir in cream and season to taste.
Voila.
