Tomato paste 150gms
Onion 1 small, finely chopped
Garlic cloves 7-8 minced/chopped
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Brown Sugar 2tbs
Salt a pinch
Dried oregano/ dried mixed herbs 1.5 tbsp
Saute garlic and onions in a tablespoon of oil till slughtly goldenish, then add in oregano and saute.
Add in the tomato paste and remaining ingredients and let it cook for a minute or two on medium flame.
Move on to the mushroom sauce now. Its easy least, yet utterly delicious with it creamy buttery, garlicy flavor!
Garlic cloves 4-5 chopped
Mushrooms half a tin chopped
Salt and black pepper
Saute garlic in butter and half a teaspoon of of oil till fragrant then add in mushrooms and saute. Then turn heat to low and stir in cream and season to taste.
Chicken breast piece 1, chopped to 1″ cubes
Tandoori masala half packet
Lemon juice 3tbs
Capsicum 1 julienne cut
Onions 3 medsium sized julienne
Marinate chicken in tandoori masala and lemon for ten minutes then put on medium flame with a tablespoon of oil and let cook till tender and dry. Stir in veggies.
Brush oil on the pita, flip over and spread sauce, top with chicken mixture, pour some mushroom sauce, and top with cheese, and sprinkle with oregano and in goes our pita pizzas to be cooked in my wannabe oven for four to five minutes each! And voilaaa!!!
Top with some extra sliced green chillies if you can’t stand food without any heat in it! 😀👍
And yeah even this little one can’t resist cheese :p
